Hi guys,

Last few days I feel pain because of mine wisdom tooth, what makes me feel really uncomfortable, my mum keep saying that I need a dentist, but since I was a little child I am a bit panic about dental treatment, just got some bad memorise, what more i am sure that wisdom tooth is not the only problem i have got, is there pleasent way of sorting out my dental problems, everyone is saying that dentist visit is painless now, but i am not convinced, moreover Uk dental treatment seems to be bloody expensive... well there might be another option, a friend of mine reccomended me website http://www.mydentaltravel.co.uk company offers cheap good quality dental care, have you ever used this kind of dental service, I would really appreciate if someone could help, I know that many of you can understand my problem
Thanks in advance.

The problem is you must allow at least a week to be there after the surgery in case you have post-op problems. How much money will a week cost you in lost pay and hotel room wherever you go? Then there is the cost of air fare. This is the trade off. Considering airfare, hotel, and missed wages from work, I doubt you would save enough money to make it worthwhile.

Don't even think about having the surgery done overseas and coming back expecting a UK dentist to treat any post-op problems. They will charge you dearly for that, if they will treat you at all.

We run family dental office for 30 years in Serbia and of course I like to see patients from abroad that luckily we have a lot. But you don't have account to travel just because of wisdom teeth. When you calculate 8 day stay on which I insist, hotel, food, taxi, air ticket. That is just not reasonable.

The most common treatment for wisdom tooth problems is removal (extraction) of the tooth. If you are having more pain then you should go to your dentist and have a treatment.
